This weblog (or “blog”) is a place where I can work out some of my writing ideas in an attempt to collect rejection slips, which will become my slaves in the afterlife. Hopefully writing something on a regular basis will prime the pump for me to make progress on the novel I’ve been not working on. I’m not planning on differentiating between fiction and non-fiction here; sometimes it’ll really be my voice: nakedly, earnestly, speaking on some topic I care about. But more often I’ll be trying to find a character’s voice or telling a story that didn’t really happen to me, as I’m subconsciously plaigarizing the Turner Diaries (probably) with my unique brand of YA/historically-based erotica/ALF fan fiction. Try and remember that as you’re penning your hate mail on virtual parchment in virtual goat’s blood.
